About the operations traineeship program

The Boskalis Traineeship lasts 1 year. In these 12 months, you will complete 2 different assignments. Before, between and after the assignments, there is plenty of room to work on your personal development, as you work with top internal and external coaches and mentors during a challenging development program. Of course, you can also count on in-depth technical trainings and courses aimed at improving your professional skills. Within a company like Boskalis, there is a world of opportunities. 

To match the Traineeship as closely as possible to your knowledge and interests, we offer different tracks:

• Dredging track: Work on projects that build and inprove ports and waterways and help protect people living in delta areas through innovative coastal and riverbank protection schemes.
• Offshore Energy track: Be part of the energy transition by contributing to the development of offshore wind farms and other sustainable energy projects.
• Boskalis Nederland track: Collaborate on projects that change the map of our country and keep land, coast and water accessible, safe and liveable.
